Conditions relating to personal data

We process your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.

Responsible for processing

The data controller is perform sarl-s, 29 boulevard Prince Henri, L-1724 Luxembourg, owner of the site QooQoo.lu.

Purpose of the processing

The recorded information allows us to manage restaurant subscriptions, to send information that you have requested as a registered restaurant owner or as a user of the site, to conduct marketing campaigns related to QooQoo services or in connection with partner services, to send you commercial information on behalf of our partners, to send you requests to participate in various surveys related to your consumption habits.

Legal basis of processing

Subscription management: the legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract (see Article 6.1.b) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Sending information, marketing campaigns, surveys in connection with qooqoo's products and services: the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the company (Cf. article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation), namely the commercial prospecting and promotion of our products and services to our customers.

Sending information, marketing campaigns, surveys on products and services other than those of qooqoo: the legal basis of the processing is consent (Cf. article 6.1.a) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

What data do we store ?

All the information collected is freely indicated by the registered restaurant owner and users.

For registered restaurant owners

• Identity of the subscriber: first name, surname, telephone number, email, company name, addresses (head office, invoicing), VAT number, internal number for customer identification, information on the consent or any request to modify the consent

• Information about the restaurant: name, address, telephone number, email, opening hours, closing period, dishes and menus offered, prices, qualifying attributes of the services offered

• Subscription data: subscription number, subscription type, subscription date, subscription end date, transaction amount

• Payment data: credit card number, expiry date, cryptogram (immediately deleted after validation of the transaction)

For other users

• Identity: email address, telephone number, place of residence, place of work, geolocation data, information on consent or any request for change of consent

The data collected via the site's contact form is collected for commercial prospecting purposes.

By making a request through the contact form, the user consents to the use of his/her personal data in accordance with the stated purpose.

Data retention period

Personal data are kept for 3 years or as long as there is an activity from you on the QooQoo website. At the end of the 3 years without activity, the personal data are deleted.

The data related to the subscription are kept for the legal accounting period of 10 years.

Credit card data collected during the subscription payment are not kept. They are automatically deleted after the transaction.

Your rights

Your personal data is yours. Consequently, you have the right to access, update, limit processing, ask for portability, delete or withdraw your consent at any time.

If after contacting us, you feel that your rights are not being respected, you may contact the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
